pHTS-hygro-GAS is a high-performance cis element luciferase reporter plasmid specifically engineered to monitor the transcriptional activity of the GAS (Gamma-Activated Sequence) element, a key regulatory site responsive to interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) signaling.
