Description U2OS cell line stably expressing Adenosine A2B Receptor and cAMP Biosensor cAMP NOMAD Cells are cell lines stably co-expressing tag-free GPCRs and cAMP Nomad Biosensor to monitor G-protein modulation by cAMP release. Each vial of cAMP NOMAD Adenosine A2B Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs: Human Adenosine A2B receptor (ADORA2B) with no tag cAMP Nomad Biosensor (Red Fluorescence) cAMP NOMAD ADORA2B Receptor Cell Line allows for the assay of compounds that modulate the G-protein signaling pathway via Gs protein activation. When an agonist binds to ADORA2B, the Gs protein is activated, which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. This leads to an increase in the red fluorescence intensity of the cAMP biosensor. Thus, the activity can be easily quantified in living cells in a dose-response manner by fluorescence emission in a microplate reader.
